The conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City. The Hyatt Regency Crystal City is located at 2799 Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, VA 22202.
Sleeping rooms have been contracted at the conference hotel, The Hyatt Regency Crystal City. To receive our negotiated rate of $149/night, please call the Hyatt Regency directly at 703-418-1234 or 800-233-1234 and ask for the "OSEP Mega Conference" block. The cutoff date to receive our contracted rate is July 6, 2010. After this date, we can no longer guarantee rate or availability.
