Registration Fees

Fee Information

Online registration closed Friday, July 9, 2010. Onsite registration will be available at the conference.

All conference participants (except ECO Pre-Conference participants) are required to attend Strand 3 (Mega) for a $160 fee.

All Fees are due by July 23, 2010.

All conference participants will be required to pay onsite if they are not pre-paid.

Onsite registration will be available.

Once registered, each registrant will be emailed an automated invoice from Freshbooks.  Please expect this invoice via email within the next 1-2 days.  If you do not receive the invoice and it is not in your spam filter, contact Jeff Coles at jcoles@aed.org to request a copy. (US Department of Education staff are exempt and will not receive an invoice.)

Your Freshbooks invoice will include further instructions on paying by credit card or mailing a check.

AED's Tax Exempt # is 13-6110212.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be made for cancellations received before midnight (EST) on July 16, 2010, less a 25% administrative fee. Due to contractual obligations, we will be unable to provide refunds for cancellations received later than July 16, 2010.  To request reimbursement, your request must be submitted via email to Jeff Coles, jcoles@aed.org, and include all of your contact information. Refund requests must be submitted by July 16, 2010 and include who the refund should be made payable to.  Please allow 6 weeks to receive your reimbursement check.
